Replacement Policy

Submit the following:

1. A video or photos showing:

   • Proof of installation (Copy of purchase invoice or serial number photo).
2. Note: Unclear DTCs require a dealership/certified mechanic’s report.

Upon approval (typically within 2 business days), we’ll ship a free replacement battery.

Subject to availability and verification, local businesses and suppliers may request same-day replacement upon approval.

We reserve the right to audit claims for misuse.

*”Extreme temps” = sustained operation below -20°F or above 120°F without thermal management. *
